- 1 bedroom, 1 bath, washer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and mini split heat pump for heat and air
Tenant is responsible for electric and hot water.
Landlord supplies heat via baseboard hot water heater.
Rent is $1700/mo., with a $1800 security deposit for two bedroom units, and $1400/mo. with $1400 security deposit for one bedroom units.
