There is a 3% surcharge to pay your rent online, charged as a convenience and handling fee. You do not need a Paypal account in order to use this system; any major Credit or Debit card can be used. Note: Make sure you use your correct name and address when prompted by the system to ensure your rent is recorded properly as paid.
